What is it?

The BC Institutional Legacy Trust fund is a 2 million dollar fund created by the Province. It is intended to benefit former residents of Woodlands, Glendale, Tranquille and Endicott Centre. The Minister who established the fund said it was a goodwill gesture by the province to recognize the difficulties people experienced in the institutions.
