Columbia. |
After a delicious dinner and lots
of desserts, we had some quick speeches and a slide show:

Linda Perry spoke about the
history of the community governance process, |
|
Lorraine Ward spoke from the
perspective of a mother with children who have autism |
|
Ernie Baatz presented a slide
show that showed the many ways that community has shown leadership,
|
|
Maria Glaze & Bryce
Schaufelberger presented photo albums to Phil Goodman and Lois Hollstedt,
|
|
and Laney Bryenton talked about
our hopes for the future and the current pressing needs of families and
individuals in our communities. |
Phil Goodman and Lois Hollstedt
gave brief overviews of the work of the Interim Authority and promised greater
communication and participation beginning in the next two weeks.
