Fireside Conversations with leaders in the Community Living movementYou are invited to join us for two fireside conversations, one in January and one in February, with three well -recognized leaders within the community living movement. This is an exciting opportunity for family members, their loved ones, and human service professionals, interested in creative models of individualized support, from elsewhere in the world. After a chance to meet one another over refreshments, each speaker will share information that highlights examples of personally designed supports, or ‘consumer and family-governed’ (but agency supported) projects. This will be followed by an opportunity for dialogue. There is no charge for the evening, which offers a unique opportunity for those of us within the community living movement to learn and think together.
